Shipping Policy

1. Once the carrier has marked the order as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for any claims.
   
   
2. If the order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will refund the order but not the shipping fee.
   
   

3. Standard & Fast Shipping:

   • For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement. Should the order arrive after this period, you are not required to return it.
   • For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement. Should the order arrive after this period, you are not required to return it.
     
     

   Economy Shipping:

   • 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.
   • 50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.

Production Time:

• Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods.

• After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.
• Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the destination. Generally, shipping is free for orders over $29.9. For orders under $29.9, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $8.9.
