Shipping Policy
- Once the carrier has marked the order as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for any claims.
- If the order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will refund the order but not the shipping fee.

Standard & Fast Shipping:
- For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement. Should the order arrive after this period, you are not required to return it.

For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement. Should the order arrive after this period, you are not required to return it.
Economy Shipping:
- 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.
- 50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.
Production Time:
- Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods.
- After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.
- Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the destination. Generally, shipping is free for orders over $29.9. For orders under $29.9, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $8.9.
Return Policy

Customers can return part or all of their order to us within 14 days of delivery.

If the return is due to a quality issue with the product, we will issue a full refund for the returned product(s), including the original shipping fee.

If the return is for any reason other than a quality issue with the product, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
